Emma Botea

Ms. Botea holds a BA and a MA in English. Her teaching experience extends over a span of more than twenty years. Prior to working as an English and ESL instructor at Quarry Lane School for six years, she taught English Composition, Developmental English, and English as a Second Language course at Ohlone College, Las Positas College, and Los Medanos College. In addition to English, Ms. Botea speaks Romanian, Spanish, and French. She is very passionate about teaching and gets a great deal of satisfaction from watching her students grow into avid readers and skillful writers.
